- We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders totaling $55.00 USD or more (before taxes and after any discounts are applied).

2. Fulfillment & Production Timelines (The POD Process)
Because we print our designs on demand to prevent waste and keep our store sustainable, your items do not sit in a warehouse. They are custom-printed the moment your order is placed.

- Production Time: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your items.
- Production times may increase slightly during high-volume holiday seasons (such as November and December).
3. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Once your custom sweatshirt or t-shirt leaves our printing facility, it is handed over to our reliable domestic carriers (such as USPS or DHL).

- Standard Delivery: It takes 3 to 6 business days for transit within the United States.
- Total Estimated Time: Most customers receive their order within 5 to 11 business days from the day payment is processed.
4. Order Tracking
The exact second your package hits the mail, our system will automatically send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a direct link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update with live location scans.

If you order a mix of items (for example, a "Mom" crewneck sweatshirt and a "Fishing Dad" t-shirt), they may be fulfilled by two different printing facilities to ensure the highest print quality. If this happens, your order will arrive in separate packages. Do not worry—you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package, and you will never be charged extra for shipping.

6. Wrong Address Policy
Aura Solaris is not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email us immediately at hello@aurasolaris.shop. Once an order has entered production (typically within 2 hours), we cannot alter the destination address.
